Placing an Order

Although I have a small amount of stock, most sweaters will be made to order. Once I have received your order, I promise to have your sweater knitted and delivered within 21 days, if not before. If you need your sweater urgently, please get in touch and I will do all I can to get you your sweater in time. Many sweaters can be made in either sweater form or cardigan form and have a variety of colours to choose from. If you have an idea for a different colourway please get in touch-I’ll be happy to try something new for you!

Postage is sent via the La Poste Collisimo service from France and you will be supplied with a tracking number once the package has been sent. All packages are 100% insured.

Returns

I hope you will be 100% satisfied with your order. However, if you are not, I will be happy to offer you a full reimbursement as soon as the item has been returned in its original condition-unworn, with all packaging and tags intact to the following address:
